I am a Palestinian-American chef, immersive & visual artist, storyteller & producer of “Sahtein”. I am a trained Reiki Master and embodiment facilitator.

I combine these modalities of study in my life’s work, producing visual media and facilitating multi-sensory experiences that invite you to dive deep and transform.

We are in constant relationship with the plants and animals we eat, the land we live on, our ancestral lines, and the people around us. When we cultivate a reverence for those relationships, we unlock new levels of healing, opening, and possibility, changing the world through our grounded, open hearted presence.
