Third Culture Kitchens is an eight-part YouTube series produced in partnership with Womena Media.I conceptualized this project from start to finish, and collaborated with Dubai-based WOMENA Unable to meet in person, we connected with creators across the United States, taking viewers on a journey of remembrance. As director, I returned to my SWANA roots to rediscover the plant allies that offer a taste of home and deeper connection to land.

Each episode explored one staple ingredient found in Arab kitchens—the memories it holds, the nostalgia it carries, and how it adapts into modern cooking. Shot with a full camera team in Brooklyn, we blended an the series became widely viewed for its artful approach to cultural memory and culinary heritage.
