


40 Days of Gratitude
It’s that time of year again — tomorrow marks 40 days until 2022 and we have a profound opportunity to use that time to set a new habit for the coming year.
What’s so special about 40 days? This is the amount of time that, with a consistent practice, we set a new habit, as our brains begin to physically change. For the last 2 years, I’ve used this time period to insert a very simple but very powerful gratitude practice: each of these 40 days, we write down 108 things we are grateful for (yes, that’s right - 108) in a journal.
This is a practice of autosuggestion to influence our subconscious mind. The results - you actually see your thought patterns begin to change, and our perspectives take a profound shift. You will begin to see the manifestations you are creating come into reality, and you will feel the richness of your life in a whole new way.
Disclaimer - this is not easy, and is not meant to be. We are intentionally challenging ourselves and stretching our capacity to see just how much abundance surrounds us. It is in those challenges that we break through to a our next level.
Why 108? This is a sacred number that appears many times in nature & science, and represents the wholeness of existence. By tuning into this number’s frequency on a daily basis, we are engaging with the rhythm of completion and expansion.
