Full Moon in Libra / Eclipse Integration Workshop 3/26

7-9 PM EST (90 minute class, 30 minute share circle)
All of us are going through profound degrees of grief and rage, perhaps simultaneously with growth and gratitude. Join us for an eclipse integration class to engage with and move these energies in a powerful way from the comfort of our own space, while attuning our subtle wisdom and awareness.
This is a grounded, deep ritual space intended to support you in supporting yourself and others. Here we actively bring our spiritual practice and life into the present moment on Earth, with recognition and honor. We set up a space to do transformational work, clearing the subconscious mind and accessing a “higher consciousness” for a moment so that we may get out of ourselves and be of service.

🦚 Deep meditation, embodied movement and breathwork
🦚 Reiki channeling and Esoteric teachings
🦚 In-class journaling
